The Training and QC Project Manager, Funding Resources oversees the planning, development, and execution of funding resources projects. What You Will Do
- Lead the planning and execution of funding resource projects from concept to completion.
- Lead the development of comprehensive funding strategies for complex infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate the development and submission of high-quality grant proposals.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for funding applications.
- Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project-related funding activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Team Leader on project status and funding resource activities.
- 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on funding resources or grants.
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing funding-related projects.
- Mastery of grant writing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges.
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- May need to travel to various office locations.
