Halff has a current opening for a Survey Technician in our Oklahoma City, OK location.

What you will do:
- Organizing research for field.
- Reducing filed observations.
- Preparing data for drafting.
- Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports
- Preparing COGO calculations.
- Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis.
What you will need:
- 2 years of experience as a Survey Technician.
- SIT certification is desired but not required.
- Previous field experience as a Party Chief.
- Experience in producing survey maps and plats.
- DOT survey technician is desired but not required.
- Experience with TopoDOT is a plus
- Software skills:
- Civil 3D or Open Roads (ORD)
- Trimble Business Center (TBC)
- Microsoft tools, i.e., Excel, Teams, etc.
- Experience with Civil 3D, required.
- Understanding of Computer Technology (tablets, iPads, etc.) required.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written, delivered verbally, or conveyed from various methods of communication.
- Must be flexible, dependable, responsible and disciplined to be a positive representative for Halff and remain punctual on a consistent basis.
- Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to complete physical labor for up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screen.
