Survey Project Manager - PSM - Jacksonville, FL
Halff has an immediate opening for a Survey Project Manager who is a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) for our Jacksonville, FL office.

What you will do:
- Oversee project's financial health, report issues, and come up with solutions.
- Provide support to business development efforts to guide and lead each phase of the process in preparation of proposals, while emphasizing quality outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to lead by example in a professional, productive and established work environment.
- Assist with the operational flow for a survey team to collaboratively prioritize projects of all sizes and levels of complexities.
What you will need:
- 3 years of demonstrated management experience.
- PSM in the state of Florida, preferred, or could become licensed in Florida within a year.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, land survey projects, including overseeing field crews and multiple registered surveyors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external clients for the purpose of being concise, clear, and conveying details for project deliverables in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to work autonomously, mentor and professionally develop Survey Technicians and junior project managers.
- Exceptional ability and practical experience to successfully manage projects, including developing scope of work, schedule and fee while adhering to established guidelines.
- Technical understanding and proficiencies with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
- Experience with Public Works, Energy, Water/Wastewater, and/or Land Development projects, is ideal.
- Hands-on experience with various municipalities in the Central Florida market.
