What you will do:
- Identify new market segments, industry partners, and clients for potential business growth.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and document this research.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, attending industry events, and engaging with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by leveraging your industry knowledge and connections.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business pursuits with the firm’s overall strategies.
- Coordinate, develop and identify internal and external teaming opportunities.
- Leads high-profile, complex pursuits from positioning through submission, including RFQs, SOQs, and interview preparation
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on feedback, market changes, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
What you will need:
- Established relationships and exceptional reputation in the Louisiana AEC industry.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in leading large and multi-disciplined project pursuits.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as needed.
