What You Will Do
- Directly manage strategic, high-value client accounts, fostering deep partnerships and relationships.
- Develop and implement best practices for client advocacy
- Act as an advisor to the office leadership on client needs and market insights.
- Drive client engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Guide cross-departmental teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Oversee performance metrics for client accounts, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and client-facing events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or account management.
- Exceptional strategic planning and client relationship management skills.
- Deep industry knowledge in consulting engineering and client advocacy.
- Proficient in high-stakes negotiations and decision-making.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience in CRM, ERP, and project tools.
- Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
