Halfdays is hiring a Sales Manager to support the execution of our wholesale sales strategy and drive growth across key retail accounts. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales to manage day-to-day wholesale operations, build strong partner relationships, and identify opportunities to expand the Halfdays brand within the outdoor and fashion markets.
We are looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in wholesale and a passion for the outdoor and apparel industry.
This role is based out of our headquarters in Denver, CO and reports directly to the Director of Sales.
What you’ll do:
Account Management Sales Execution
- Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for key partners
- Support seasonal market appointments, including scheduling, prep, and follow-up
- Execute order entry, tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor in-season performance and identify opportunities to drive reorders and maximize sell-through
- Assist in onboarding new wholesale partners and supporting account growth
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers and retail teams
- Support in-store activations, merchandising initiatives, and brand storytelling at retail
- Ensure a high level of service and communication across all accounts
- Partner with accounts to identify opportunities for expansion, assortment growth, and marketing support
Market Merchandising Support
- Assist in preparing for market, including line sheets, pricing tools, and assortment recommendations
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer insights, and market trends
- Support merchandising conversations with accounts to ensure strong brand presentation
Reporting Analysis
- Track weekly and monthly sales performance across accounts
- Analyze sell-through data and provide insights to the Director of Sales
- Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and reporting tools
- Identify risks and opportunities within the wholesale business
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to support wholesale initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing on retailer-specific campaigns and activations
- Ensure alignment across teams to deliver a seamless wholesale experience
Who you are:
- 4-6 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in outdoor, apparel, or fashion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with retail partners and managing accounts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Ability to travel for market, account visits, and industry events
