Real Estate Director
America's largest family-owned new and used book retailer, Half Price Books, is seeking a Real Estate Director at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX. Candidates should enjoy a diverse and challenging environment and must be able to multi-task and work collaboratively with various corporate departments, executives, and field management.
Responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and implementing property management program and strategies, managing and negotiating real estate related documents, including leases, lease renewals and development related contracts for retail locations, supervising brokers, along with directing and managing the Development Department. Extensive travel will be required.

Qualifications
- BS/BA degree plus 5 years of applicable experience or 7-10 years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong negotiation and communications skills
- Strong experience with estoppel letters and SNDAs
