A vacancy exists for the position of Custodian within the Half Hollow Hills School District Facilities Department. The opening is located at Candlewood Middle School. The hours are 3:00p.m. 11:30p.m., with both the building and hours subject to change based on the discretion and best interest of the school district. The successful candidate will be expected to work overtime, as needed.

- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
- Knowledge of and experience in:
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
- Performing building maintenance and equipment repairs
- Responding to immediate safety and/or operational concerns (i.e. facility damage, vandalism, alarms, etc.) for the purposes of taking appropriate action or notifying appropriate personnel for resolution
- Performing other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
