Compensation:
- Part Time $42- $50/hour
- Per Diem (PRN) - $55/hr
- Telehealth opportunity available! $60/hr

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Mentor and guide therapy staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state PT license
- 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
