Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Job Type: Seasonal (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers while preparing accurate material estimates for hardscape and landscape projects. Strong math skills are essential. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and installation methods.
- Calculate material quantities using customer-provided measurements and project plans.
- Prepare accurate estimates for brick pavers, retaining walls, gravel, decorative stone, sand, base materials, edging, and other hardscape products.
- Process customer orders and enter sales into our computer system.
- Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners and professional contractors.
- Assist with general office duties and maintain an organized, professional front office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong math skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Previous customer service, construction, landscaping, estimating, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Paid training provided.
Schedule
