Position Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining the grounds, including trash removal, addressing lighting issues, pool maintenance, painting, outdoor amenity areas, pressure washing, cleaning outdoor furniture, pet station, breezeways, sidewalks, and buildings.
- Support maintenance tasks related to building interiors, including painting and cleaning.
- Aid in preparing units for new residents including trash-out and make-ready tasks.
- Assist office staff with delivering notices and other communications to residents.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities to support the community's overall success
Job Specifications
- Prior experience in a related field is preferred.
- Must possess the ability and motivation to work efficiently and quickly alone or as a part of a team.
- A valid state driver’s license and a reliable vehicle available during business hours.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential requirements for this position.
