- Conduct in-home assessments, explain service options, generate estimates, and effectively close sales opportunities
- Plan electrical layouts based on job specifications and local codes
- Partner with installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities
- Follow up on leads and referrals to contribute to departmental growth
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, communication, and customer service
- 5 years of residential electrical experience with strong technical abilities
- Residential sales or customer-facing experience within the trades industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical information
