Compensation

• $30–$40 per hour
• Up to $8,000 sign‑on bonus (pending experience)

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer

• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
• Properly connect and test HVAC equipment

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of residential HVAC lead installation experience (required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience (not required; nice to have)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
