Role Description
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team at Haley Dental, with the position based on-site in Carrizo Springs, TX. The Associate Dentist is needed to provide restorative, surgical, endodontic and periodontal services to adult patients as Dr. Haley prefers to focus on providing treatment to pediatric and special needs patients.
Associate dentist would be responsible for the majority of these procedures in office in order to allow Dr. Haley to focus on his treatment of patients in a hospital setting. The dentist will also collaborate with other staff members to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Treatment schedule is flexible including half days.
No weekends or evenings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general dental procedures such as exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and root canals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to patient education and preventive care
- Valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state of Texas
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
