Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our private practice in either a full time or part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing dental cleanings ensuring a comfortable environment for our patients.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
- Perform dental cleanings and provide preventive care to patients of all ages.
- Take and interpret medical imaging as needed for patient evaluations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience with Eaglesoft software preferred.
- Experience with digital radiographs
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions
