What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance and Insurance Manager position at Haley Automotive Group?
Haley Toyota Richmond is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This individual must have a proven track record in a high-volume store and be extremely goal oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Finance department, including CIT schedule, funding delays, DMV Issues and missing paperwork.
- Ability to train and effectively teach all sales associates F&I products and how to properly endorse them.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all dealership policies and processes are followed at all times.
- Assists in setting aggressive yet realistic goals and objectives for the finance team and provides them the support necessary for the department meet those goals.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Team oriented with strong leadership skills
- Must possess strong computer and tech skills.
- Must possess the ability to turn 75 deals a month

Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
