About The Role
负责计划并推动RTM 新渠道项目（如DTP），通过渠道创新、挖掘DTP生意潜力，新渠道整体开拓、商务洽谈、网点准入、渠道布局建设。
Key Responsibilities
- 新渠道开拓与网点开发
- 渠道商务谈判与合作落地
- RTM渠道体系落地运营
- 数据报表与合规管理
Qualifications And Skills
- 本科及以上学历，药学、医药营销、生物、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 1-3年医药DTP渠道、零售连锁、院外特药渠道开拓经验，熟悉华东/上海DTP药房资源者优先；
- 懂DTP双通道政策、药房合作模式、终端进场流程，具备独立商务谈判和新网点开拓能力；
- 目标感强、执行力高，善于陌生拜访和资源破冰，能承受业绩压力，愿意跑外勤、跑市场；
- 有RTM、MRT零售渠道经验、自带DTP药房资源者优先考虑。
