Duties And Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow‑up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Partner with marketing and field sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct virtual product presentations when needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate information in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast sales activities accurately.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Track all interactions and opportunities in the company’s CRM.
- Generate reports as needed to support leadership and sales operations.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in handling administrative duties.
