Role Overview
Join our team at Hale Kipa as a full-time Guide on the Side Case Manager in a program dedicated to serving young adults facing homelessness. Your role will involve identifying eligible participants, securing housing, and providing case management services. You will also be responsible for teaching independent living and social skills, assisting with employment, vocational, and educational resources, and offering any other necessary services to support these young adults in successfully integrating into the community. This position is part of a team-oriented approach, where collaboration and cooperation are key to achieving our mission.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or a similar discipline required.
- At least one year of experience working with youth/young adults is essential preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems preferred.
- Consistent and timely documentation preferred.
