Workday People Experience Consultant - 6 Month Contract
Hale International is partnered with an established Healthcare organization that is currently implementing Workday People Experience. They are seeking a Workday PEX Consultant with specialist expertise in Help, Journeys, and employee experience workflows for a contract engagement.
This role will focus on supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of People Experience functionality within Workday, ensuring it aligns with business needs and enhances the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Workday People Experience, including configuration, testing, and go-live
- Configure Journeys, Help, and related PEX features to support intuitive employee experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday solutions
- Support change management, communication, and user training for rollout
- Provide post-deployment assistance and strategic guidance to enhance adoption and functionality
- Maintain clear documentation of configuration decisions and system changes
Qualifications:
- Hands on experience specializing in Workday People Experience (Help and Journeys)
- Proven track record leading Workday PEX implementations
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional Workday configuration
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting Healthcare organizations is highly desirable
