This role focuses on assisting new clients during after-hours and weekends to ensure they have immediate access to legal support.

Position Overview:

The Intake Attorney will be the first point of contact for new clients. You will review retainer documents, answer questions related to personal injury claims, and provide a professional and reassuring experience during the intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake calls with new clients after hours and on weekends.
• Review and explain retainer agreements clearly and professionally.
• Answer client questions regarding personal injury claims.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in Nevada (Arizona is a plus).
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage after-hours/weekend availability.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
