- Providing essential administrative support to the attorney’s
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Initiating claims with insurance companies
- Efficiently collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
- Data entry into our case management software (Filevine)
- Drafting demand letters with the assistance of an attorney
- Working with insurance adjsuters
- Maintaining consistent written and oral communication with clients
- 5 years of prior experience as a personal injury case manager
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Working knowledge of insurance companies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
