Qualifications:
1. Fully credentialed Para Professional preferred (ETS) but not necessary. Skills based test will be required before beginning.
2. Certified in CPR/First Aid
3. Experience in working with K-12 students preferred.
4. Ability to work with a student with physical and cognitive disabilities, including assisting with physical assistance of transport.
5. The ability to work with diverse groups of students.
6. The ability to help implement effective instructional strategies as requested, to improve student achievement.
7. Good communication skills.
8. The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and students.
9. The ability to work cooperatively within a team.
