What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Paraprofessional position at Hale Area Schools?
Qualifications:
1. Fully credentialed Para Professional preferred (ETS) but not necessary. Will have to pass the required tests to be awarded the position.
2. Experience in working with K-12 students preferred.
3. The ability to work with diverse groups of students, particularly those with impairments by performing a variety of duties as identified by individual special education programs and positive behavior support.
4. The ability to help implement effective instructional strategies as requested, to improve student achievement.
5. Good communication skills.
6. The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and students.
7. The ability to work cooperatively within a team.

Pay: $14.84 - $15.19 per hour
