Summary

  • The HR Generalist supports day‑to‑day HR operations while leading key activities in HR systems, AI-enabled HR processes, and compensation administration. This role blends traditional HR generalist responsibilities with a strong analytical and systems mindset, helping improve HR efficiency, data accuracy, and the employee experience across the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • This position interacts internally HR leadership, managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and high-quality HR services.


HR Processes and System Responsibilities

  •  Serve as the primary HR contact for HR procedures, policies, and HR related systems.
  •  Support implementation and upgrades to systems as needed.
  •  Support employee lifecycle transactions and refine to automate processes such as new hires, job changes, separations, organizational changes and data updates.
  •  Act as the regional SME for our employee engagement online survey tool, providing training to new managers, setting up users, and more.
  •   Support training, development and act as the system expert for the Learning Management System.
  •   Assist in maintaining HR systems (e.g., HRIS, talent management, compensation platforms), ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.
  •  Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, and manage system tickets or configurations as required.
  •  Maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR metrics, compliance, and leadership decision-making.


AI-Enabled HR Tools & Analytics

  • Utilize AI-driven tools for recruiting, workforce analytics, learning, and performance management.
  • Apply AI insights to support talent acquisition, risk identification, turnover analysis, and trends in engagement or performance.
  •  Ensure responsible use of AI according to company guidelines and data privacy standards.
  •  Identify opportunities to integrate automation or AI to improve HR efficiency and accuracy.
  •   AI-Enabled HR Tools & Analytics
  • Compensation Support
  •   Support the administration of job evaluations, salary structures, bonus programs, and annual compensation cycles.
  •   Benchmark roles using internal and external compensation data; assist with market analysis.
  •   Maintain compensation data integrity in HR systems and ensure alignment with global or regional compensation policies.
  •  Assist with rollout of yearly merit process and Performance Incentive Pay programs.

Miscellaneous (non-supervisory)

  •   Acts as a good steward of the Company’s resources and exemplifies the values of the Company.
  •    Ensures personal compliance with all Company policies, procedures, values, ethics, and rules.
  •  Maintains and promotes a safe work environment through ownership of Company safety program. This includes following all safety rules/regulations and proper operating procedures, as well as the proper use of prescribed safety equipment pertinent to the department and immediately reporting all accidents/incidents to supervisor.

  • Supports Company’s quality and environmental policies and programs and meets quality requirements specified for position. Meets quality requirements specified by production drawings, bills of materials, control plans, policies, work instructions, and procedures.
  •  Actively participates in and successfully completes appropriate training. As appropriate, submits documentation of specific training to support successful completion (i.e. course description, certificate; Training Completed/Evaluation Form).
  •  Meets with supervisor at least once per year to review job performance using this job description as a basis for appraisal.
  •  Maintains complete security and confidentiality of all Company records and employee data.
  •  Maintains a clean, orderly and professional work environment.
  •  Performs other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned.


Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  •  3–5 years of HR generalist experience with strong proficiency in HR systems and AI.
  •  Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR data reporting.
  • Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals (job evaluation, salary structures, market pricing).


Experience using HR analytics tools and/or AI-driven HR technologies.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  •  Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment varies from moderate to loud.
