What are the responsibilities and job description for the B&GC Server - Part Time position at Halcyon?
The Server will be preparing and refilling beverages, assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, removing trash, and sanitizing restaurants.
- Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
- Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
- Additional duties and assignments as assigned

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly pivot between requests
- Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
- Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
