• 3 openings on Nights

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) in Charlotte, NC. This position provides the opportunity to care for medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization and specialized nursing care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in a LTACH setting
• Manage patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy care, wound care, and IV drips
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Active RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Ventilator experience preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy care, wound care, and IV drips
• One year of critical care experience preferred but not required
