This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Delhi, OH. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. They will actively participate in recruitment drives, build relationships with potential candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment pipelines. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive hiring process.
- Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in screening resumes and conducting effective interviews
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of workforce planning and staffing needs
- Previous recruitment experience in mobility, tech, or clean energy industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
