You will be joining at a critical stage helping ship pivoting and building Team MVP and shaping the engineering foundation of the company. We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Software Engineer who loves to build.

You’ll own full-stack development, integrations, and deployment of our core platform.

This is a true builder role — fast development, clean architecture, and real ownership.

• Build frontend systems using React / Next.js
• Build backend APIs using Node.js or Python
• Implement authentication, RBAC, multi-tenant architecture
• Architect scalable, clean service structures

• Integrate LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude)
• Build chat interfaces with streaming responses
• Integrate voice AI (Hume Voice, Gemini Voice)
• Manage prompting and orchestration pipelines

• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Work with Cloud Run, Firestore/Firebase, and serverless functions
• Set CI/CD, monitoring, error handling

• Build Slack or MS Teams app integrations
• Implement event-driven workflows and webhooks
• Connect external APIs as needed

• Strong experience with React Next.js
• Strong experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience building AI-driven chat applications
• Experience with voice AI integrations
• Comfortable deploying applications on GCP
• Experience with embeddings and vector databases
• Strong grasp of scalable SaaS architecture
• Ability to execute fast and independently

• Slack or Teams app development
• Realtime systems (SSE, websockets)
• Firestore, Firebase Auth
• Emotion AI APIs (Hume, Affectiva)
• DSPy or multi-step AI orchestration

• Architect the core platform on GCP
• Integrate chat voice AI pipelines
• Build and deploy the Team MVP
• Deliver a working Slack app with manager & employee views
• Support our first enterprise pilots

Equity only until funding, then transition to a full-time salary.
