We are a close-knit group that works together to provide the best service to both new and existing customers.The Assistant Manager works with the Profit Center Manager in developing and executing strategies to drive sales and profitability, ensuring that sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals are achieved. As an Assistance Profit Center Manager with Hajoca your specific duties will include but are not limited to:Acting manager when the Profit Center Manager is not present on-site.Full sales support of walk-in clients with their renovation from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.Assist with recruiting, developing, training, coaching, and evaluating the team.Build relationships in the community to understand the marketplace, identify new markets, and increase market share.Provide backup to the store team by assisting with servicing customers, inventory control and sales.Analyze performance data and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, increase ROI and profit sharing.All interested applicants must possess: College degree or equivalent industry experienceMinimum 5 years of sales experienceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with team members, customers, and vendorsAbility to interpret financial data to determine the success/failure of plans and take the appropriate action to adjust business plans to ensure successMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skillsOur ideal candidate will also: Have a comprehensive knowledge of Kohler productsPrevious experience with an inventory management system (e.g. Eclipse)A demonstrated history of leadership experienceThe benefits of working with us:Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers, is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it was their own small business.
