Pay for Operations Supervisor is between $20 and $25 per hour at this location.

About the Role:
You will:
- Ensure that all business operations are being conducted in the most efficient, effective, and profitable manner.
- Manage the processes used in all aspects of the Profit Center’s business, solve problems as they arise, and continually investigate the possibility of productivity improvements.
- Supervise a team of profit center teammates.
- Provide training and guidance to profit center teammates to ensure adherence to company policies and delivery procedures.
- Serve as an escalated point of contact for inquiries or concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales and inventory performance reports and implement appropriate strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, manage assets, and increase return on investment and profit sharing.
- Review daily sales and inventory reports and address issues immediately.
- Evaluate inventory management reports regularly to ensure an accurate and efficient annual Physical Inventory.
- Resolve all customer, vendor, and carrier complaints and disputes quickly and effectively.
- Ensure the Profit Center conducts all business in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
- Maintain and insist upon a safe working environment in compliance with the company’s Safety Standards, OSHA, and any other applicable regulations.
- Safeguard and maintain all Profit Center assets – buildings, fleet, equipment, inventory, and receivables.
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
- 3 years operations experience
- Possess a proper and valid driver’s license
- Possess leadership qualities and is viewed as a leader.
- Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, to maintain customer and vendor contact files and appointments, and to analyze performance data.
- Possess and maintain product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market.
- Be able to create and nurture a positive team environment, training and inspiring all co-workers to do their best work to achieve the highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
- Be able to build and maintain influential relationships with customers and vendors.
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
- Be able to interpret performance report data to determine the effectiveness of business operations and take appropriate action to adjust processes to maximize profitability.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of and able to apply and enforce OSHA, DOT and other material handling and facility safety regulations.
- Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used for business operations.
- Be able to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.
- Be able to safely operate a forklift and all material handling equipment in use at the Profit Center.
- Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Effectively read, write, speak, and understand English.
