Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food production to ensure timely service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, stoves, ovens, and food processors
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety procedures
- Support meal preparation for catering events or high-volume service settings while adhering to recipe standards
- Follow food handling guidelines diligently to ensure safety and quality control
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
Skills
