We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and design, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Stay updated on current trends in nail art and design.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors that complement their style.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of nail care products and supplies.
Skills
- Proficient in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, and acrylics.
- Knowledge of color theory to assist clients with color selection.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Familiarity with retail math for upselling products is beneficial.
