HairSmart is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to help get every order picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. What You'll Do
● Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
● Verify order details, product SKUs, and quantities before shipment
● Prepare shipping labels and documentation
● Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
● Process same-day or next-day shipping as required
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/stock area
● Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and audits
● Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items immediately
● Coordinate with customer support on order issues
● Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
● Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or order processing experience preferred
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs per box
● Basic computer skills (order systems and printing shipping labels)
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Valid driver's license required; background check will be conducted
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) is a plus
Pay & Schedule
● Pay: $17 - $20 per hour
● Employment Type: Contract-to-hire — 1099 contract for the first 3 months, converting to W2 employment upon successful completion
● Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, 7 hours/day
