General Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and service goals to meet or exceed salon performance targets
- Delivers an exceptional service experience to all clients.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of stylists to deliver on guest experience.
- Manage inventory and oversee daily salon operations.
- Maintain a positive, respectful tone while navigating challenging situations
- Enforce policies and uphold salon standards with compassion and fairness
- Responsible for onboarding and training of new team stylists.
- Perform daily close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.

- Sunday - OFF (Store Closed)

- Tuesday 10am-7pm
- Wednesday: 10am-7pm
- Thursday 10am-7pm
- Friday 10am-7pm
- Saturday 10am-6pm
