Salon Manager – Hair Masters (Full Time)

Pay Range: $19.50–$40.00 per hour (Commissions plus tips)
Hair Masters is seeking a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations, inspire a talented team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Compensation & Pay Details
- 50–60% service commission
- 10% retail commission
- Monthly quota bonus opportunities
- Hourly rate and total earnings vary based on performance, experience, and business results
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily salon operations while achieving sales and performance goals
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high‑performing salon team
- Create schedules that support guest demand and business needs
- Deliver and model outstanding guest service
- Manage payroll, inventory, and operating expenses
- Promote the salon within the local community and support retail initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation, safety, and licensing standards
- Perform hair services and provide hands‑on support to the team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid cosmetology license (required)
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced salon environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
