What You’ll Do
As a Hair Stylist, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while growing your personal business:
Guest Experience & Service
· Provide professional consultations and recommend styles tailored to each client
· Deliver high-quality hair services efficiently and professionally
· Ensure guests understand pricing before services begin
· Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and communication
Build Your Business
· Grow your clientele using company tools and walk-in opportunities
· Recommend and sell retail products and additional services
· Participate in salon promotions and marketing initiatives
Operations & Standards
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
· Follow company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards
· Accurately process transactions and manage salon resources
Professional Growth
· Continuously develop technical skills through ongoing education
· Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Qualifications
· Active Cosmetology License (required)
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
· Flexible availability (evenings & weekends as needed)
· Passion for growing your career and building a loyal clientele
Physical Requirements
· Extended standing and continuous movement throughout the day
· Use of hands and arms for cutting, styling, and chemical services
· Exposure to salon chemicals and products
· Ability to lift products and perform salon duties as needed
