Inside Sales Representative - Phoenix Center
Shift - 7:00am - 4:00pm Sundays closed plus a day during week off ( must be available Saturdays)
- Base: $41,200
- OTE: $80,000 – $100,000 (uncapped)
- Top performers exceed $110K
About the Role

You’ll be working exclusively with high-intent inbound leads—people actively seeking solutions. Your job is to guide, build trust, and bring them in for an in-person hair health consult.

What You’ll Own
- Full-cycle appointment setting responsibility—from first call through close
- Converting high-intent inbound leads at a high rate
- Building trust quickly through consultative, needs-based selling
- Handling objections with confidence and emotional intelligence
- Consistently outperforming KPIs for conversion, revenue, and efficiency
- Creating a seamless transition from digital experience to in-person consultation
