Hair Stylist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Colorists to join our salon team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, and color. Your creativity and passion for hair will shine as you help our clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and extensions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles
- Educate clients on proper hair care and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
- Promote retail sales by recommending and selling professional hair care products
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
- Proficient in various hair techniques including barbering, styling, coloring, and extensions
- Knowledge of hair threading, straight razor shaves, and eyelash extensions
- Retail sales experience to promote professional hair care products
- Ability to mentor junior stylists and assist with their growth
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience.
