Job Summary
Hair Saloon’s Cosmetologists and Barbers, known as PHDs (Professional Hair Designers), are the centerpiece of the customer experience for the men we serve. Your skills with the scissors and clipper are only rivaled by your exceptional ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident in your chair. We’re committed to providing the foundation for our PHDs to build and grow successful careers within the Hair Saloon system. A perfect candidate for a PHD position at Hair Saloon is a team player motivated to constantly improve their grooming and communication skill set, and who holds a barber or cosmetology license in the state you’re applying to work.

Responsibilities
- Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures
- Perform premium men’s grooming services to Hair Saloon standards
- Assist clients in choosing the perfect service, style, and product for their individual needs
- Build lasting relationships with guests and staff members
- Improve your craft through training and continuing educational opportunities
- Promote the credo, culture, and values of Hair Saloon
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Licensed with state cosmetology and/or barber board
- Experience in customer service, computer, and cash controls is not necessary but preferred
Compensation
- Earnings potential depending on full- or part-time hours
Salary : $25 - $40
