We are building our founding team and looking for talented Hair Designers to grow with us from the ground up.
The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Listen to client preferences and provide expert styling recommendations
- Perform shampoo, scalp massage, blowout, and styling services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of station and the salon
- Ensure overall salon readiness and support daily operations
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and salon success
Requirements
- Active Washington State Hair Designer or Cosmetology License
- Blowout or styling experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Weekend/evening availability
