Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining in-person local marketing (field outreach) and in-studio support.
You will be responsible for generating new client leads through local partnerships while also supporting day-to-day operations inside the studio to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
Primary Goal: Drive new client consultations and support in-studio operations
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Local Marketing & Outreach (Field)
- Visit businesses
- Build and maintain referral partnerships
- Introduce Hair Regrow Solutions services professionally
- Distribute materials (QR cards, mirror stickers, flyers, etc.)
- Generate and track qualified leads
- Identify high-potential areas and partnership opportunities
B. In-Studio Coordination & Client Support
- Greet and assist clients during consultations and visits
- Support front desk operations including scheduling and follow-ups
- Help ensure a high-end, professional client experience
- Assist in preparing clients for consultations and services
- Coordinate with team to ensure smooth daily workflow
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 1–3 years in sales, marketing
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or service-based businesses is a plus
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Skills & Traits:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident interacting with both business owners and clients
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to travel between White Plains and Manhattan locations
