We currently own and operate 5 successful establishments: Calypso Bar and Grill, Repeal Bourbon and Burgers, 3 Hair of the Dog Eatery’s (Downtown Granby, Hampton BLVD across from ODU and Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach)

Moliar Hospitality Group is seeking applicants for full-time dishwasher positions. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, time officiant, and is great at multitasking. As a dishwasher, you will provide assistance to the kitchen and teammates by following all sanitary and health related protocols.

Qualifications

Able to stand for 9 hours
Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Good hearing for accurate communication
Reasonable comprehension of the English language
Handle with care of the restaurant’s glass and silver needs
Must have 4 days of open availability

Job Duties

Manage clocking in/out and report to Kitchen Manager on time and in full uniform for each shift
Operate the industrial dishwasher
Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
Conducts work quickly and efficiently to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
Perform opening, closing, and shift side work
Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times
Maintain a neat and orderly work area
Provide assistance to kitchen staff as needed
Cautious to handling and using chemicals and/or machinery
Performs other related duties as assigned by Chef/Supervisor
