Position Overview
Hair of the Dog Pet Spa LLC is seeking a strong, reliable, and professional Groomer who is passionate about delivering excellent service and making customers happy. The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, respectful, and committed to ongoing education and professional development.
This is a mobile grooming position, and candidates must be comfortable working independently while maintaining company standards and providing exceptional care to pets.
Your role is within the business as a whole, and work locations may vary based on operational needs. Upon request, additional details regarding specific service areas and scheduling will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality grooming services for a variety of dog breeds
Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming equipment and mobile vans
Report any equipment or vehicle issues to management promptly
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Adhere to all company policies, as well as federal and state regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional grooming experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work with dogs up to 100 lbs
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Willingness to continue education and training
