What You’ll Do:
- Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle
- Completes hair-cutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing
- Performs hair coloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage
- Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos
- Upsell clients on products and services
- Develops ongoing relationships with clients
- Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools
- Follows all salon policies and procedures
What You Need to Join Our Team:
- Active Alabama Cosmetology License
- Passion for hair styling & customer service
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
