Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the complete
operations of our aesthetic hair and skin clinic. The role involves sales, team management, patient
experience, operations, and revenue growth, while ensuring compliance with medical and company
standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day clinic operations
● Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, front desk, and telecallers
● Ensure SOPs, protocols, and brand guidelines are followed
● Drive monthly sales targets and conversions
● Monitor consultations, package sales, and treatment closures
● Review daily sales, follow-ups, and pending leads
● Supervise and train front desk, telecallers, therapists, and support staff
● Assign duties, manage attendance, and monitor performance
● Ensure proper behavior and professional communication with patients
● Ensure excellent patient counselling and experience
● Handle patient escalations, complaints, and feedback
● Ensure ethical communication and no false commitments
● Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports
● Maintain proper documentation and billing accuracy
● Ensure leads are handled and converted properly
