We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Hours - Tuesday: 10am - 7pm
Wednesday thru Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday - 8:30am - 4pm
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or specific departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations and support team needs.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally—whether in person or via phone or email.
- Manage office management duties including organizing files, updating contact lists, and supporting clerical functions.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks when necessary, including invoice processing or expense tracking.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Candidates should bring a strong background in office administration with proven experience in front desk or reception roles. A demonstrated ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and provide exceptional customer service is essential. Proficiency in computer literacy—including Meevo, Google Workspace ,is not required but preferred. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management are vital for success in this role. The role demands attention to detail, professionalism in phone etiquette, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
