- Perform barbering services including straight razor shaves, beard trims, and classic cuts with precision
- Deliver professional nail care including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Conduct skincare treatments such as facials and esthetician services to promote healthy skin
- Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations
- Offer retail product recommendations through upselling techniques to meet client needs and boost store sales
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management as needed
- Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and excellence
Skills
- Proficiency in hair extensions application and advanced hair styling techniques
- Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for efficient operations
- Expertise in color theory for customized coloring solutions that complement each client’s style
- Skilled in barbering tools including straight razors for precise shaves and grooming services
- Experience with eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care procedures
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations

- Ability to manage retail sales effectively through retail math skills and upselling strategies
- Store management experience or leadership qualities preferred for mentoring team members
