Haimes Coleman Group (HCG) is a premier manufacturers’ representative firm serving the Marine, RV, Trailer, and Industrial markets for more than 30 years. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Marine Dealer Sales Representative to support and grow marine dealer accounts throughout Florida.
This role is based in Fort Lauderdale and ideal for someone who enjoys the boating lifestyle, building strong customer relationships, traveling throughout the Florida territory, and representing premium marine brands in the field. If you are self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate about sales and customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with boat dealers, marinas, distributors, OEMs, and service facilities throughout Florida
- Visit dealer accounts regularly to support sales growth and strengthen brand presence
- Conduct product training and hands-on demonstrations for dealer sales and service teams
- Assist with merchandising, showroom displays, POP materials, and dealer promotions
- Identify new business opportunities and help grow market share across assigned territory
- Represent HCG and our manufacturing partners at boat shows, dealer events, open houses, and industry functions
- Communicate market feedback, customer needs, and sales opportunities to HCG leadership and manufacturing partners
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
- Organized, self-motivated, and energetic personality
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida
- Sales, dealer support, or account management experience preferred
- Marine, boating, RV, powersports, or outdoor industry experience is a plus
- Passion for the marine and outdoor lifestyle
- Marine industry experience required
