With a team of experienced entrepreneurs who know faith communities well, collectively we have raised £100m in previous startups and achieved 12 combined exits. Our Founder/CEO is a 3 x exited Entrepreneur across both technology and service-based businesses, with vast experience across AI and technology ventures ranging from pre-revenue through to £100m ARR. As we start to build our A-team, we are looking to expand into the US market.

🔎 The Role

As Church Partnership / Faith Ecosystem Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties and activities:

• Build and Cultivate Relationships: Establish and nurture meaningful partnerships with churches, ministries, and faith-based networks across the UK and beyond.
• Drive Adoption of Hailo: Identify, onboard, and support customers, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey from lead generation through to customer retention for churches and ministries integrating Hailo’s technology.
• Lead Outreach and Engagement: Manage sales and partnership conversations, addressing questions and concerns while guiding potential partners toward long-term collaboration.
• Develop and Refine Messaging: Utilize existing outreach materials while providing feedback and insights to improve messaging, engagement strategies, and user experiences.
• Shape Product Rollouts: Support and oversee programs, using real-world feedback to refine implementation processes and enhance the overall customer journey and product roadmap.
• Delivering Customer Excellence: Shape, produce and execute an exceptional customer onboarding process, leveraging key internal and external SaaS and AI technologies for combining internal efficiency with excellent customer service and communication.
• Onboarding Support: Assist churches with onboarding activities and setup, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure effective product adoption, usage and impact.
• Represent Hailo in the Faith Community: Act as a trusted ambassador at events, meet-ups, and online forums—listening, learning, and advocating for our mission.
• Gather Insights for Growth: Proactively collect on-the-ground feedback and leverage personal expertise to inform product development, marketing strategies, and partnership priorities.
• Recruitment & Talent Growth: Play a key role in hiring and onboarding new team members, helping to build a strong, mission-driven team that aligns with our vision.
• Contribute Across Teams and Departments: Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive ecosystem growth, as well as other key business objectives pursuant to the startup journey.
• Bring Initiative and Innovation: Leverage your experience, network, and faith-driven perspective to actively shape Hailo’s impact within the faith-based community.

• $60-70K Base Salary Bonus Stock Options
• You’ll be joining a team with vast experience and a clear mission, who are impact led and commercially focused.
• The opportunity to be instrumental in shaping the company's direction and success as an integral member of the team whilst collaborating with a seasoned team.
• You must have the right to work in the US.
• Hybrid working - candidates MUST be within commutable distance to our US HQ in McKinney, Texas.
