Haile Village Spa and Salon in Gainesville, Florida is hiring a part time massage therapist (with the possibility of becoming full time). We are in search of candidates looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. You are a critical link in ensuring that our guest’s exceptional experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Duties and Responsibilities:
- A very strong desire to deliver quality customer service
- Strong intention to help others through the healing benefits of massage
- Treat clients in a professional caring manner
- Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
- Educating clients on the benefits of massage as part of their overall health and wellness routine
- Maintain detailed treatment records
- Ability to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue and other modalities
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Deep Tissue Massage: 1 year experience (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year experience (Preferred)
- Active Massage Therapy License
- Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
- Strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
